Privacy at Sabonex.
This page explains how personal data may be handled when you visit sabonex.com or contact Sabonex. The website is currently a simple public presentation of an independent app brand in development.
What this notice covers.
This privacy notice applies to the public SABONEX website at sabonex.com and to direct contact through the email address shown on the site.
The data controller for the website and related contact handling is Steffen Aspe. SABONEX is the brand under which the website and apps are published. In this notice, references to SABONEX refer to Steffen Aspe operating under that brand.
Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@sabonex.com. The website does not currently provide user accounts, purchases, public app services or an online contact form.
Information that may be handled.
When you visit the website
The hosting infrastructure may process normal technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, date and time, and technical log information.
When you contact Sabonex
If you send an email to info@sabonex.com, the information you choose to include may be processed, including your email address, name, message content and any attachments you send.
Why information is used.
Technical request information is used only as needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. The current site is static: it has no user-account database, online checkout or public contact form, which limits the amount of visitor data handled directly by SABONEX.
If you contact SABONEX by email, the information you provide is used to read and respond to your message, troubleshoot a product or website issue, continue a conversation you requested, and keep necessary follow-up or records.
Depending on the context, processing may be based on legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and support channel, steps you ask to be taken before a possible agreement, performance of an agreement, or a legal obligation.
Services used to run the website.
The current website uses a small number of infrastructure providers:
- Render provides static website hosting and delivery infrastructure. Technical request and operational data may be processed as part of serving and protecting the site.
- Simply.com provides email hosting for SABONEX addresses. If you contact info@sabonex.com, your message is processed through that email infrastructure.
These providers can use their own infrastructure and subprocessors. SABONEX does not independently control the physical location of every provider system. Where a provider processes personal data on behalf of Steffen Aspe, the applicable provider terms and data-processing arrangements govern that processing; where GDPR rules on international transfers apply, the required transfer safeguards must form part of the relevant arrangement.
The website does not intentionally send visitor data to a separate advertising, behavioural-tracking or analytics provider.
No advertising or analytics tracking.
The website's own code does not currently set cookies or store browser identifiers. SABONEX does not use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or analytics services on this website.
Normal technical mechanisms used by the browser, hosting infrastructure or security layer may still be involved in delivering a web request. They are not used by SABONEX to build advertising profiles or measure users across unrelated services.
If analytics, embedded third-party services or other tracking technologies are added later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before they are used.
How long information is kept.
Email correspondence: messages are kept while a matter is active and afterwards only while there is a reasonable need for follow-up, security, documentation, dispute handling or legal obligations. There is no single fixed period for every message; correspondence is deleted when those purposes no longer apply.
Technical logs and infrastructure data: retention depends on the operational and security practices of the relevant hosting provider. SABONEX does not currently create a separate visitor-profile database from website traffic.
Your privacy rights.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or similar privacy law applies, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, in some situations, data portability.
To ask a privacy question or exercise a right in relation to personal data that Steffen Aspe/SABONEX actually holds, email info@sabonex.com. Requests are assessed in light of the data and legal basis involved.
You may also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred. In Denmark, the supervisory authority is Datatilsynet.
Privacy information for individual Sabonex apps.
This page covers the Sabonex website. Each current app has its own privacy page based on that app's verified data flow:
- SchoolOpS privacy
- DriveTurn privacy
- BørneVejr privacy
- Sidst privacy
- Famtid privacy
- Lommepenge privacy
Some products are still in development. Their app-specific privacy pages describe the currently verified implementation rather than the product roadmap. Each page must be reviewed again if the app's data handling changes and before a development policy is relied on for public release or real-user data.
