Privacy at Sabonex.
This page explains how personal data may be handled when you visit sabonex.com or contact Sabonex. The website is currently a simple public presentation of an independent app brand in development.
What this notice covers.
This privacy notice applies to the public Sabonex website at sabonex.com and to direct contact with Sabonex through the email address shown on the site.
The website does not currently provide user accounts, purchases, public app services or an online contact form.
Information that may be handled.
When you visit the website
The hosting infrastructure may process normal technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, date and time, and technical log information.
When you contact Sabonex
If you send an email to info@sabonex.com, the information you choose to include may be processed, including your email address, name, message content and any attachments you send.
Why information is used.
Technical information is used only as needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. Contact information is used to read and respond to messages, continue conversations you request, and keep reasonable records of relevant correspondence.
Depending on the context, this processing may be based on legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, responding to enquiries, or taking steps you request before a possible agreement.
Services used to run the website.
Sabonex uses a small number of infrastructure providers for the current website:
- Render provides website hosting and delivery infrastructure. Technical request and operational data may be processed as part of providing that service.
- Simply.com provides email hosting for Sabonex email addresses. If you contact Sabonex by email, the message is processed through that email infrastructure.
These providers may use their own infrastructure and subprocessors to deliver their services. Where personal data is processed across borders, the relevant provider is responsible for the transfer mechanisms and safeguards required for its service.
No advertising or analytics tracking.
Sabonex does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or analytics services on this website. The site does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies.
If analytics, embedded third-party services or other tracking technologies are added later, this page and any required consent controls will be updated before they are used.
How long information is kept.
Email correspondence is kept only for as long as it is reasonably useful for the conversation, follow-up, documentation or other legitimate purposes. Messages that are no longer needed can be deleted.
Technical logs and infrastructure data are retained according to the operational and security practices of the relevant hosting providers. Sabonex does not currently build separate visitor profiles from website traffic.
Your privacy rights.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or similar privacy law applies, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, in some situations, data portability.
To ask a privacy question or make a request, email info@sabonex.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Denmark, that authority is Datatilsynet.
This is the website notice — not an app privacy policy.
The apps currently shown on Sabonex are still in development and have not been publicly released. Before an app is made available, its own privacy information will be prepared based on the data and features the finished product actually uses.
This notice may also be updated if the website changes materially.
